STRATEGY, IDEATION & WIREFRAMING /

Partnering with key stakeholders—Art Direction, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Merchandising—we defined a phased campaign strategy: Tease, Launch, and Sustain.

We began by analysing performance data from the previous season to identify opportunities and pain points. Following research and ideation, we mapped the user journey and created wireframes and interactive prototypes to clearly define user flows and conversion touchpoints.

THE RESULT /

The final outcome was a successfully rolled out across global markets, with increased click-through rates on campaign modules across homepage and landing pages. Improved bounce rate on campaign landing page by simplifying UI and enhancing visual hierarchy using the strong video content.
